Automated customer shipment notifications

Upon completion of an order your customers’ buyer will automatically receive an e-mail providing him full tracking information and a summary bill of materials. Carrier links are included so your customer can easily track his shipment directly from the e-mail. iris uses a simple boiler plate design giving you the freedom to build e-mail content that will both be informative and help your business grow. Whether you use the space to announce upcoming specials or a golf outing is entirely up to you. iris’ direct interface with UPS WorldShip® automates the entire UPS shipping process and loads tracking numbers, weights and measurements into your database.


Desktop Catalog

The iris Desktop Catalog gives its user a quick and accurate look at product detail including description, price, on-hand quantities and if an image of the product exists the user has the ability to click and be taken directly to that web site. This is perfect for cut sheets or to get additional product details as needed. To run the Desktop Catalog the user does not need to be running iris as this is a standalone application included with every iris installation. Customizable Menu

iris allows each individual user to customize their own main menu by adding shortcut buttons so they can quickly navigate to programs they use frequently without leaving iris. Principals can post company wide messages regarding any subject, including product promotions, stock issues or general announcements. Your company logo can be added to help you individualize your iris installation. Important maintenance and user information is displayed and a WEB link input box is available for a quick connection to an internet site.
