Ensure the continuous growth of our industry by making a donation to support higher education. NEMRA Scholars are the children of our members and their employees who demonstrate superior academic performance. Preference is given to those students majoring in business administration, sales and marketing, electrical engineering, and fields
related to the electrical industry.
To help attract the next generation to our industry, we must offer them a chance to experience it firsthand. For younger people entering the workforce, careers in the electrical industry are not typically at the top of their list. By providing scholarships to rep firms that develop a qualified internship program, we will have an opportunity to introduce college students to rewarding careers in the electrical industry.

Educational and Professional Development
From industry seminars to online learning centers, the NEMRA Empower Tomorrow Fund supports educational and professional development initiatives for reps and manufacturers. Learn how using technology can improve productivity. Or, take a course on getting more out of the manufacturer-rep relationship.
Gaining industry knowledge and advancing best practices are critical elements in helping reps and manufacturers improve their businesses. Your contribution helps fund research projects, like the recent “Rep of the Future” study. It’s just one more way research helps us continually improve and advance the independent rep-manufacturer sales model.
Our commitment to continuing education is the cornerstone of our educational conferences. They’re designed to give reps and manufacturers a place to build on their previous MRERF (CPMR & CSP) certification programs.
