Course Objectives: The programs will provide its participants an understanding of how to:

  • Effectively open a sales call in a positive productive way
  • Use effective questions to gather information from a customer
  • Provide information that helps a customer to make an informed buying decision
  • Identify when a customer a able to move ahead in the sales cycle
  • Identify the reasons why a customer may act indifferent and know how to react
  • Recognize, differentiate, and resolved different types of customer concerns
