iris’s Order Entry process is quick, easy and intuitive. Drop down lists and search capabilities minimize key strokes. The user will have up to the second information about product availability along with customer specific pricing. Simply select the product from a manufacturer’s catalog, enter the quantity and save. Internally the sale is registered and the commission calculated.

Single Line Order Entry

Our latest innovation is a Single Line Order Entry utility. By entering just summary information from a customer’s purchase order the sale and commission is calculated and stored for reporting in iris. Single Line Order Entry gives the agent the ability to report sales on all of his lines from one source, iris. Perfect for non-warehousing lines or those lines which are entered directly into manufacturer’s on-line systems, Single Line Order Entry stores and records the sale with a minimum of input while providing you a total picture. Single Line Order Entry brings all your information into iris where it can be viewed using any of the more than 260 iris reports. Capturing data has never been easier or more efficient.

Pricing and Quotes

Pricing is not a problem in iris and can be easily kept up to date using the iris import tools. iris gives you the ability to use multipliers, special pricing, pricing groups and many variations in between, always quoting the correct price for your customer. Our Quick Quote utility builds a quote on the fly so that you can send it to your customers and record the quotation for follow-up. Quick Quote allows you to quote products for multiple vendors. Simply select the vendor and customer combination and begin to build your quote. iris will compile the items and prepare an attractive quote form that can be e-mailed to your customer.
