NEMRA is proud to partner with NAED, NECA, and NEMA in a industry-wide initiative aimed at placing highly skilled veterans in fulfilling careers throughout the electrical industry.

At the heart of this effort is VIPER Transitions—a veteran-led organization committed to reducing veteran suicide by addressing its root causes:

  • Unemployment
  • Underemployment
  • Lack of career direction and coordinated support

Through VIPER’s concierge-style recruitment process, veterans are matched to career opportunities that align with their skills, interests, and geographic preferences. Employers benefit from pre-screened, motivated candidates and a simplified hiring process.
