It is with great sadness that I share the passing of my friend and founding partner, Patrick McCarthy.
Patrick was a true original; hard-working, thoughtful, and full of life. From the earliest days of TEAM Electrical Sales, his energy and enthusiasm helped shape who we are as a company. He approached every challenge with a smile and every opportunity with passion. Patrick’s ability to connect with people, build trust, and bring joy to the work we do will forever be part of our foundation.
There will only ever be one Patrick McCarthy. While we will miss him deeply, the TEAM family and I are committed to carrying forward his vision and drive. Patrick set the standard for how we show up every day with heart, humor, and dedication. We will continue to live up to that.
The outpouring of support we’ve received from our manufacturers, customers, and contractors has been truly remarkable. Your kindness and encouragement have meant more than words can express, and it has been a tremendous lift to everyone here.
TEAM Electrical Sales remains strong, both inside and out. We will honor Patrick’s legacy by continuing to deliver the service, relationships, and enthusiasm that he poured into this company and this industry across Michigan and beyond.
