Foundation Information

NEMRA University is an educational program of the NEMRA Educational Foundation, a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The tax treatment of payments to the Foundation depends on the nature of the payment and the value of any goods or services received in return. Companies should consult their tax advisor regarding the deductibility of any sponsorship, contribution, or program purchase.
