This summer, Encore Wire and Prysmian are breaking ground on a brand-new, state-of-the-art 650,000+ sq. ft. medium voltage cable facility, the first of its kind on the Encore Wire campus and a key part of a $500 million investment over the next five years.
This expansion will create 120 new jobs, strengthen U.S. manufacturing, and help meet the growing demand with faster lead times, unmatched service, and reliable product availability.
This milestone marks one of Prysmian’s largest investments with Encore Wire since joining forces in July 2024—furthering their shared commitment to electrical distributors and industry partners across the country.
